Requesting a change to monthly enforcement payments

If a monthly instalment no longer fits your circumstances, consider applying to change it. Start with the latest decision in the case. Note the amount it set and the date your income or expenses changed. This makes it easier to explain what has happened since the decision.

For example, if your hours were reduced, compare payslips from before and after the change and show how you calculated the proposed instalment. Keep a copy of the application and follow the decision in the file. While awaiting a new decision, check your obligations under the existing one.
